- On your first visit to our office please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If the appointment is for a minor under the age of 18 a guardian needs to be present.
- Comfortable clothing should be worn. Skirts, pantyhose, and restrictive clothing should not be worn.
- Please bring shoes, arch supports and pads that you wear on a regular basis so we can evaluate them.
- An average appointment is 30min but if the problem is more complex it can take more time so please allow time.
- As a courtesy to other patients, call in advance if you need to cancle or reschedule, so that others can be scheduled.
